In gymnastics, you'll have a routine for each event. Here's the routine you should be learning to compete with. Every level 4 gymnast has around the same routine. So if this is not your routine, it should be close. Read Carefully...
ON VAULT: handstand flat back onto a mat stack
ON BARS: glide swing, pullover, front hip circle, cast, shoot trough, stride circle, single leg cut, cast, back hip circle to under swing dismount
ON BEAM: squat sit, v sit, swing, pushup, squat, heel-snap turn in coupe, leap, handstand, half turn in coupe, straight jump, tuck jump, scale, side handstand quarter turn dismount
ON FLOOR: straight jump, split jump, handstand forward roll, step, step, pivot, handstand bridge kick-over, leap, hop, split, straight arm backward roll to push-up position, half turn in coupe, roundoff back handspring rebound
